OUR TEAM
Property development is complex. The role of the developer
is to identify suitable sites, develop a concept and determine
profitability, source the financing and establish the right
team to execute the project. A strong team includes experts
in planning, architecture, sales and marketing, building and
development management.
While there are several other third-party consultants involved in the project, the day-to-day operations and coordination among various stakeholders is managed by the development manager. Once the right opportunity is sourced, the responsibility of delivering a smooth outcome rests on the skills of the Management Team.
